SUNTORY TOKI WHISKY 700ML
Toki is a blended whisky from Suntory's three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. This is a round and sweet blend with a refreshing citrus character and a spicy finish. 'Toki' means 'time' in Japanese. Toki has a different composition to its sister blend, Suntory Hibiki, and its main components are Hakashu single malt and Chita grain whisky.

This is the same reliable Talisker of old in a rather smart new bit of packaging. The only distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker produces a unique style of whisky, half way between a gentle, salty, smoky West Highland malt and something smokier from Islay. Robust and punchy, peat plays a leading role on the nose, backed up with honey, leather and spice and a touch of chili-pepper heat
Teeling Small Batch 700ML 46%
Nose: Cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.
Palate: Spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
Finish: Floral, herbal finish. Caramel on the tail.
Overall: A deliciously creamy, spicy and rich Irish blend.
The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky
The Cardrona Single Malt Whisky “Just Hatched” is a special natural cask strength bottling marking the momentous occasion of reaching three years old. A marriage of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this “Just Hatched” Whisky reveals Cardrona’s underlying character of borage flower honey, vanilla, spice, with weighted spirit on the tongue – an indication of the adult whisky to come.

THE GLENLIVET CARIBBEAN RESERVE
The nose begins with wonderful notes of spice and sugar. It is warming with a lovely thick caramel and treacle note. Fruity notes of banana, pineapple and peaches also comes through, giving it a lovely sweet edge.
The palate is rich. Sugar cane, candy floss and sherried cinnamon come through. Tropical fruits play a big part here, giving it an excellent full flavoured body. The mouth feel is smooth, bringing in more caramel and vanilla notes.
The finish is long an lingers on sweet brown sugar with hints of spice
